Auto-disabled turrets for patch

All structures that are power-dependant should get disabled in red health. It just makes sense that the damage would cause it to lose the ability to transfer power to its various systems.

I understand that but thats why I suggested that when it goes into red damage it suffers an attack penalty due to the problems with shunting power around...say a damage penalty while in red... still can fire, but not as effective.
Afterall once a GP hits red, its easy killing for a vehicle... whereas the vehicle can still fight when its in red.
Wouldn't you think that a vehicle at red damage couldn't fire as well or move as quickly at such low HP?

A vehicle in red moves VERY slowly. In a vehicle, the layout of the power systems are much different. It is far more likely to damage the drive train of the vehicle than the power system of its turret. Meanwhile, a gp is just a turret, so it would be far more likely to get disabled from the damage.
