Hey. I'm new here. I really have nothing to say about myself other than that I played Runescape for about 4 years and met CK9 during those and he invited me here. I hope to play some Outpost2 even though I have no prior experience.

I have played some other RTS games such as command and conquer, so i don't think i'll have a problem understanding the concept.

Anywho, Just thought I'd let you know I'm here, lol.

Also a warm welcome to our forums, Ivegotamain2 (as we met already on irc). I hope you stay with us and play many games of op2. There will certainly e times when it isn't as calm on irc as it is now and I hope that you'll be there. And don't worry about stronger players. The op2 skillz of opu members range from beginner to expert.

hehe, if you play spike a few times, you'll probably be able to kick my ass.  First school took away my OP2 playing (due to the school's restrictions) and now lack of employment prevents me from playing any game I can't let sit in the background while I look at job posting details.

I'll try to get on one of these weekends this month (difficult to find weekend time after my grandpa died in August because we've been helping out his 2nd wife almost every one of them) and get in some games.

They were ok a few years ago, but now it's awkward. "Hey" "Hi" "So... I haven't been on OPU in a while, anything new?" "Nope" "Oh... well, I'm going to leave again, and see if this site still exists in another 50 years."

I'm really motivated, assuming I know what I am making. I doubt we can make a RTS, but a simpler game is always possible.

Thanks for all greetings. I'm really busy right now and don't have much time or attention span to try and learn the game at the moment. But, I'm happy that I got a chance to meet you guys.
