I downloaded the creature creator trial, and man is it harder than it looks. Hopefully the actual games comes with a reference on how to do everything.

Was playing it last night, different style of game play to what I normally play, but its still lots of fun

to answer you question CK9, there are tutorial like pop ups that guide you through the important stuff.

Another one of those people who didn't bother to read the rest of the thread?

It's officially out in the UK today, Sunday for the US I believe, and been on Usenet / torrent since Wednesday, if not earlier!

I made 5 creatures so far, including the one I said I was going to when I first posted about spore here. One is based off the Audrey 2 plant from Little Shop of Horrors, lol

Spore contains this flavor of DRM: SecuROM v7.x (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Securom#SecuROM_v_7.x)

Post by: CK9 on October 01, 2008, 04:31:07 PM: okay...that didn't tell me much. As long as I make the creatures offline, I have no problems. I forgot I got the full from someone and tried to go online, oops! lol. Luckily, I had not set up the anti-virus firewall with an exception for spore yet.
