i found the file to fix cold war, bu t cant upload it!!!!!!!!!1

Only certain forums allow file uploading. If it's programming related, you can try the programming forum, otherwise, use the file forum.

there are a lot of places u can upload >.>

Rapidshare.com
Sendspace.com
etc...

in case of IMAGES u can upload at imageshack.us

In relation to the OP2 forum, files can be uploaded in the Files Forum.

Which if you scroll to the bottom of the page in the 'General / Other Topics' section click -> 'General Main' -> then click 'Files Forum'.
