Sounds like a pretty idiotic way to try and win to me. Play the game the way it's meant to be played.

Uh, no... Nobody scout-rushed me to death...

I think he's referring to my Scout Rush map, since I haven't played Paco recently. And by recently it's safe to assume I've never played him.
