Very nice indeed.

My first thought was why were there stars showing through the dark part of the planet, then I realized I needed to clean a lot of dust off my screen. But then I found myself trying to clean a smudge off that really was part of the picture. Are those lights in South America? Kinda looks like they extend into where I'd expect the ocean to be.

It also seems a bit too specular. It's sort of a nice artistic touch, but makes it seem a little less believable.

It could be worse. It could have suffered the Overbloom Syndrome.

Holy s*** :o

American Continents have been destroyed immediatly.
NATURE: 1
EARTH: 0

Now i noticed how the pic is detailed. There is an about 1-2 cm layer of ozone there... and how lightning when the comet crashed, spilled all over th area, reflecting itself.
Impresive
 :o

Didn't notice that bit of detail.  I thought that was a bit of dust as well!
