Title: New Ideas-system

Before you ask:
 Since the start of the Genesis project we have been interested in ideas that could help us make a better game. 200 ideas have already been posted and more are coming every day.
 Now, although new ideas are generally a good thing, this place has become quite chaotic. And that is exactly what we always wanted to avoid. We see no reason to ask why the old system failed. - Fact is it did. And that is why we came up with something new. Something more restrictive, but also something more productive as we hope.
 
 So, here is how it works:
 

• read the rules (http://forum.outpostuniverse.net/index.php?showtopic=3604)
• Post your new idea in this forum
• now there are three possibilities:
  • the idea is total nonsense and will be closed
  • the idea is considerable (i.e. it meets the rules) and will be moved to one of the other forums for discussion
  • we don't know yet and let the idea here for discussion.
