Where can I download the OP2 help file? If there's no way to download the file, what's the name of the file an it's extension? (like op2help.hlp)?

You can download the file at:

http://www.outpostuniverse.net/files/other/Outpost2hlp.zip (http://www.outpostuniverse.net/files/other/Outpost2hlp.zip)

Extract it into your OP2 directory, help should then be available when you press F1 or click "help".
