I dont like making obscene or shameless recommendations but...
My site (Insider Guide) now lets any registered users upload files. You can upload files to be submitted to the main file repository or upload your personal files in the private community directory. You can also start your very own blog. So if anyone is in need of some extra disk space, go to Insider Guide (http://insiderguide.opu.org.uk), register and upload your stuff for free.
Anyone who would like to become a moderator or category admin should post their request on the Insider Guide Forums.
