Title: Php Header Suggestion

I was just thinking about it today but I think that the generated header for the pages of OPU in the site opening could use some work.

I would take out Online Help and intead put in the Wiki. I dunno, it just makes too much sense.

As the forum is a huge part of OPU, I would also add that the header links.

And Levi, are you ever gonna create the projects.php page?

Oh, and another note. Do we really need the Home, Search and Contact links in the header? They don't seem all that necessary to me.
