The reason some servers won't work without the www is because they don't have the @ entry in their DNS record (Which, in many cases, they cannot edit because 'newbies' to web administration mess with the records and screw it up)

That should bring back a lot of posters. There are other ways to get back posters too. I once posted at a OP2 Forum at some gamer site in May. Since then, there have been 37 views. That is potentially 37 people (including me) who saw the post saying that Outpost 2 is not dead, but alive at this forum. It would not be too hard to bring some people back, or to bring new ones here.

As for mass email, do you mean thru like the NHCS?
