AVG 7 Free version. - Updates are released everyday, sometimes twice a day and if you aint updated in like a week the past weeks updates are all rolled into one small file.

AVG as well. I should probably invest in something better, but I'm a cheapskate.

alas, I don't use no stinkin' anti-virus. I'm cheaper (when it comes to software) then coconut monkey. I find that all anti-virus software does nothing more then mess up computers and slow them down. So, I'll never put 1 in my gaming machine. Plus, I havn't gotten a virus since I started clearing up spyware, use firewalls, update windows using slipstreamed install disks and reinstall winxp pro once every 6 months. It sounds like a lot but not really compared to constantly getting annoyed by dumb anti-virus wornings about how word is tring to repair itself type of crap.
