yeah, sorry about the size, but with how cruddy that computer works (and the fact that I have absolutely no floppy disks or CD-RW's available) I thought it best to just get it up before the computer froze.  I can resize it and edit the first post if you'd like...

Wouldn't it need rubber so you don't kill yourself using it? (Rubber grips, wear rubber gloves, etc.) I mean, you're shooting electricity... from a gun... made of metal... those three things don't add up to a good conclusion for the person using it...

actually, the whole thing is made with a special non-condutive insulator that prevents backfire (or back-shock if you prefer)

well achelly if you read how it targets, with the proton beam, it would be quite accurate

reminds me of the lightning gun in unreal tournament, and that was a sniping wep

just realized something, there is something similar in The Matrix
