I have a R.I.P for my Outpost 2 cd which was destroyed by my cousin's destructive computer.

I still have mine, it's about 6-7 years old (I bought it when it first came out). And of course, as with any CD that you have for many years, it is scratched a tiny bit. Still works like it is brand new though.

Yeah, I got mine in 98, and it's got quite a few scratches on it. It works 99% of the time (well all the time except one day, it couldn't read the VOLs for some reason - restarting the game worked)

I have an unscratched original CD.

It's funny, but my CD-ROM drive is from 1995, and yet works way better than any new ones(and doesn't scratch anything).

My brother lost several games to a 48x though.

I still have an unscratched op2 cd, it seems that i have a couple of pin sized burn holes in it from when my really old pc (from 98) crashed and wouldn't eject the cd. But it still works.

O yea an i selected the wrong option on the poll (oops) it shud be the "yes, unscratched" not no, but recoqnisable" so plz ignore.

My CD from 1997 has one big scratch (I dropped it once), but still works fine.

Umm, you seem to be missing an option....

Haven't seen the original in years! So I don't know if it's scratched.

But the many backups are still unscratched. I went a little crazy making the extra copies when I found the original was gone. I've probably got at least 5 floating around, just in case.

I have 3 original Op2, and one Outpost 1.

2 are scratched (1 right across the movies, so it freezes), 1 is unscratched.

Please do not double post. If the back of the CD is greenish, then it is a copy.. otherwise it is a real CD. Easiest way to tell.

I have the origional op1 and op2, both in good condition, I have many backup copys of both, in my house, and my friends in case my house burns down or somthing, plus I have a few in my dads gun safes, so they cant be stolen, a bunch in between the mattresses of my bed, my friend has made copys of his own and has distributed those to other kids as well, so I have a very redundent stockpile of op2

btw, i even have a small pocket sized cd of the downloadible version of op2 (no music or vids)

So....
well why would there be an Outpost2 if there wasn't a game that already held the name (and basic storyline) of Outpost?

I have four original OP2 CDs. One my dad was holding hostage and never gave back, another is floating around somewhere, and the other two are somewhere with all of my computer CDs ... somewhere in there.
