Title: New Terran Command Site (NTCS)

What happened to this website, hosted by Drakmar? All links to NTCS are dead links and can't find it in a Google search either (any links in google search are dead as well or are confused with the Terran Command Center in StarCraft 2)

He shut it down after OPU came back to life and started being maintained again. Drakmar (https://forum.outpost2.net/index.php?action=profile;u=45) posted about it somewhere around here...
