Title: Patch: Remove GP Tubes

Ever wanted to build a GP right up next to a wall, or build a wall right next to the GP. You can't do that with the tubes in the way (have to remove with an earthworker).

That is true. But removing tubes from GPs would mean much more work when building an array of GPs connected to your command center. No good deal.

Alright, I have a compromise:

Make tubes toggle-able. Either give the convec two build buttons, one with and one without tubes or make it so that after the build button is clicked, the player can press a key (or scroll the mouse wheel or whatever...) to toggle tubes.

Of course, guard posts without tubes have to be cheaper.

I opted for removing both.

That way you leave more in the way for people to set GP's up as the wish.
