This is the file: Help (http://rapidshare.com/files/248629687/Outpost2.hlp.html)
It is the original help file, but was removed form the downloads for some reason. You can put it in your op2 directory, and it should work fine in game. If you use Vista, you might have problems with it. I will post the solution if so.

You can upload the file to OPU, instead of using rapidshare. And for Vista, I think you need 'hlp32.exe' something like that.

i don't know how to upload to OPU, please tell me how. and thats what i thought. I use vista, but i got that file a long time ago....
