I'm just wondering, have you guys ever justed ask for the source code for Outpost 2? Since the company broke up, the old developers might jsut hand it over (thou I don't know). 1 of them runs this company Mad Otter (http://www.madottergames.com/contact/), and the other runs this company Push Button Labs (http://pushbuttonlabs.com/). Most employees from both company probably worked on Outpost 2 itself, and maybe one, out of the many of them, has the source code. Just asking if some one wants to look into it.

Or you could shell out a few thousand bucks to a source code recovery service. Note you'd also need to shell out a few thousand to the company that bought out Sierra (I forgot the name) for the copyright.
But I like your idea. Get to it. Good luck getting a meet with the CEO though.

Sierra was absorbed into it's parents companies: "Vivendi Games" and "Activision Blizzard" in 2008.

Would be good if you contact them on behalf of the Outpost Universe community.
Be cool to get some sort of response :)

And that response would be "LOL N00B" (more or less).

Ah yes, thanks. Sorry, didn't bother to read that until months ago so naturally I've forgotten when I first need that info.
Anyone here good at nove- I mean, official supplications?

Mind you, I was just saying, for the one site was "Inspired" by otters, so I don't think there Communists or something. I don't want to incase the actually want to call me, the'll be like "WTH IS THE 15 YEAR OLD ASKING FOR SOURCE CODE ILEGALY?!?!?!" And I end up in jail... or the Mes Hal if already not full.

Checked those websites. Neither of the people who worked for Dynamix/Sierra list OP2 as a game they worked on.
-
darn. see, i only glanced at the list...

I thought someone here said Dynamix shredded the SC when they went under with Sierra.
