I'm tired of copying/pasting.  Check out the other 3 polls if you don't know what to do.
These techs are all self-explanatory.  Two of 'em have to go.

Edit: Oh, and keep in mind that whatever is changed will also affect the Rail Gun (balance and all that).

What exactly does the "Sight Range" research do ?

That's basically range. The chassis sight range determines how far it can see (light up circle)

Boosts the RPG's effective range from 6 to 7.

RPG has a good enough range as it is, no need to increase it unless you want to bundle it with something else.  Second choice would be rate of fire.  RPG has quite a few advantages without another boost to it's firing rate.
