Title: Op2 - Can't Select Type Of Mission

When I play the came in campaign mode I cannot chose Plymouth of Eden nor can I chose Easy, Normal, Hard.

The radio buttons do not appear to work.

I always get Eden and I am not sure which (Normal or Hard) difficulty level I am set at.

I can never win the first level, no matter what I do.

Did I do something wrong?

I DLed OP2, unzipped it and installed it. I also copied the docs, movies, and sound  files.

It's a minor bug with Winbloze XP. The "selected" highlight graphic just doesn't appear. If you press alt, it'll show up. There's a permanent fix (http://wiki.outpost2.net/OP2_Button_Fix), but it causes some ugliness everywhere else in Winbloze.

Or if you just hit the Alt key once the game is started you dont have to worry about it

No, you have to press alt whenever a new window opens in OP2.
