Based on what Freeza said I think he want something like this.... I maybe putting words into his block of ice though!

I hope Freeza says what he (I assume) thinks of this and puts how he thinks it should be on this thread. (If that's what you gophers call it)

Dont really need a improved garage we just need to old one to work better in this new game.  Having mass exit and enterance of the vecs.  No real need to have a new building.

Could be the same structure just different statistics.
