What's your favorite Ramen dish? (Besides just plain.)

I already posted mine in a shout:
  If you add little cubes of pork and some rice vinegar, it makes a nice sour soup.

Oh my GOD! I've Always wanted a ramen thread! Ramen is my fav food of all time!!

Okay seriously now I like pretty much what dm said, maybe not all mixed together..
