How can somebody post a thread or just post, and he/she is unregistered on the forums?

You know, if unregistered posting was allowed, we'd have lots of bots posting all sorts of spam here. I have seen it at other places. Its not nice.

If a user account gets deleted, all his posts appear to have been posted by an unregistered poster.
