Post by: HaXtOr on April 23, 2006, 02:45:24 AM
Am I the only one here that has problems with insomnia? Its is so anoying. Im sitting here in bed lookng at the cealng and i just cant get my brain to turn off.

Ive tryed everything and i cant sleep, mood lights, complete darkness, soothing music, white noise...

problem is once i do get to sleep its hard for me to wake up. At the moment i have 4 seperate alarm clocks and each one goes off at a different time

I prefer to think of it as being a night person, lol

I can't sleep at night unless it's 12:00am and I have my hardcore music playing

hey, another person who likes to fall asleep to hardcore music! I'm not sure exactly how it works, but for some reason it makes me extremely tired...

I can tell you exactally how it works...for me anyway...

The mind associates the music with the dancing, which causes great physical fatigue.  Other times, it is soothing, as Hardcore music makes you forget every little bit of what went wrong that day.

Yeah, I have a hard time getting up moreso than going to sleep.. And the bad part is, I usually don't hit snooze, I just shut the alarm off totally. I think I've only had a couple instances this year where I've gotten up much too late.

(I have one of those alarms where the snooze button is hard to get to, and it's a lot easier to shut the alarm right off instead).

Ugh, how about the one who steals your pillow, AND snores real loud.

That happened to me before at a hotel (we crammed 8 guys into one room, so there was a shortage of places to sleep)
