Welcome to Outpost2! I don't know if you have already done so, but please make sure to download the latest version of Outpost2 from the Outpost2 downloads page (http://www.outpostuniverse.net/op2dl/). Otherwise, your version will not be able to communicate with your fellow players' versions.
