Description:
Special weapon (maybe mounted on a special unit) that can melt rocks and dirt
This is a bad idea, because:
- Melting sand would only make glass and that would give you very little traction.
-
This sounds like a vary bad idea, but I dont realy have much say in it.

Does "Posted: Mar 19 2006, 07:42 PM" mean nothing to you?
Don't go through old things and feel obligated to reply to all of it. In fact, as a general rule, don't reply to anything older than two weeks.

A rock melter you seriously think they would use such a powerful thing as a non military device. If you have the energy to melt a damn rock it would blow right through any tank or building. Lava is melted rock takes alot of energy to melt rocks.
I know if i had such a thing i would have blown some b****es away with it.

Then why not make it have a military aplication?

Because we don't want super weapons.
If there is something that can blow everything with one shot, noone will build 'normal' weapons.
-
But its a melee weapon right? Wont most of them be destroed before contact?
-
Still, it would need too much power.
-
ya it would have to have a Geocon plugged into it melt the rock and then the cooling systems it would be a weird looking vec.

Ok then ignore my earlyer posts there pointless. :(
