how do i get scientists? detialed explanition plz. im new!

You must have an active university and extra workers to train into scientists. Children are trained into workers automatically over time. You just use the university to train them into scientists. Keep in mind that scientists are far less likely to have children than workers. Having multiple universites DOES NOT help the rate at which workers are trained.
