(Or maybe I'm just trying to make you all paranoid now :lol: :ph34r: )

if passing is: your going faster then that person, u'd be in 2nd.. if it means your going slower: u'd be in 3rd (u WERE in 2nd place before that point in time)

And i would be in 2nd place then it would be off to kill 1st place

i know, hooman -- for as second, i was also tempted to say "FIRST place, of course" .. it's kinda instinctive - altho VERY wrong.. lol

I said that the question was stated in such a way as to imply that the person wasn't in 2nd place until you passed them.
