Title: Renegades Direction

Well, with the first 4 renegades missions done, i've started to think about the next set of missions. We have a basic layout of the next 2 missions, but not yet a story to go with it.

This is just to see what you guys (and girls) would like, we may -or may not- use it to give our story a new heading...

Without giving away too much, i can tell you this:
A group of Plymouth people have decided to seperate from the main colony, for reasons that you are to discover during the first couple missions. They are furious about the events that led to their decision. They left behind friends, family, and everything they had in their main colony, and have to start over from scratch!

Now the time has come, to make plans for the future.

but yea, I think that they would try to fix the blight, it would defonatly be a reasion to break off from ply, with their war and escape being on the agenda, instead of returning New Terra to its former glory (wich is what the whole ply philoshiphy is supposed to be)

no, beta, the plym philosophy was to adapt to how new terra was.  Eden wanted to return it to former glory (the conditions on the planet would suggest that it was somewhat like earth before something caused the magnetic feild to go away (like on Mars (yes, Mars used to have a magnetic feild like earth does.  The metal content in the core is believed to have depleated, which is one way he feild would fail))

Do something that has a plot twist.

E.g. Ally with plymouth so that they can "see friends etc".  but really be stealing tech and building up a supply of ore.

Then say in mission7 you could raid the friendly base of all its ore and steal some genebanks and scientists.

Mission 8 could then be defending the newly won ore, or building an army to deal with the attack plymouth has sent your way for tricking them.

You could do some terra forming, or come accross some terra forming and use the green tile set!

i already had thought of that..  like they found a pocket of grass somehow...
kinda goes along with the "fix blight" scenario
