Hey all, I just recently got Outpost to run on windows again and found this site when googling. It's great =) Seems like alot of participation and some sweet info. Outpost 1 was the first game that turned me into an all-night addict and my wife hates me now that I started playing it again heh.

I gather from the vast majority of the posts here that most of you all are Outpost 2 junkies as opposed to op1. Never did play op2...bought it thinking that it would be like the first outpost, and it turned out to be RTS instead of turnbased so I trashed it lol. I guess since I see all of you loving it, I'll have to download it and give it a shot as well. Anyways...just saying hi =)

Hi, great to see you, come on irc (there is a link at the top , 'web based irc'.

yep op1 is being 're made' that is gonna be cool, but yes most of the forum is dedicated to op2 as it is a multiplayer game.  heavilly moddified mind you now, as we have lots of new maps etc, but im sure you will find all of that out as you lok around.

Welcome, check out all the different projects we have going on, op1 remake, op2 mods and maps :D, and an Op3. There are MANY MANY projects which i'd rather not go into listing as there are so many :)
