Bug in the game?

They just slow down lava not stop it?
Im not a singleplayer player tho.
-
Yeah, they dont last forever. Same with microbe walls.
-
I didnt see them actually stopping the lava for a second or two, which is weird. The flow just went thru as if the walls never existed.
-
hmm... I used to use lava walls during colony games, and they always worked for me.
But yeah... I don't even remember if they are permanent, but they are suppose to slow the lava down.
-
I've only ever seen them slow the lava down. And never by much. They just don't seem very cost effective. Especially since you're really just investing more resources into something that's going to be overrun with lava anyways.

When I built just one row it did not work so I built 3 or more rows which did. (thumbsup)
-
It isn't worth it when using 1 or 2 rows. I use it on the Plymouth Campeigne Normal level on the mission after the data collecting with 6 layers, 'cause the 3 bar rare would otherwise be lost, and the lava is held back for long enough

Eden builds Microbe Walls, which slow the progress of the Blight; Plymouth builds Lava Walls, which temporarily delay lava flows from overrunning their bases.
Just to say.

i calculate and with 4 wall i lasted about 4 hour at speed 10 its depend where you put your wall and if the volcano grow faster or not
