Title: Colony Plymouth Population Tips

I'm just wondering what people's strategies are in this mission.  Rare ore is so far away... is it worth it to get?  Which common ore sites do you like?  What sort of defense do you use?

I aint played it in years.. nor do i rember completing it.

For defence, use a lot of stickys to slow down the AI units before they get to ur base and pick them off with small armys of mics.

It might once again be a good idea to relocate the whole colony to a place with more ore. I can't really tell what place is the best, because I've only yet tried the west and south-west and not yet completed the corresponding game at medium difficulty. (it's probably quite easy, I just didn't have the time to)
And beware of disasters. They tend to hit places with good ore.
