I have made a IRC script, it will take you to the IRC chat room i have set up on startup so if you dont want 2 setup mIRC you can use this, it makes life a lot easyer. I still think that have all OP2ers in 1place is a great idea, just like WON, and also this will only work if you go there when u r online, dont b lazy f00ks!

I was thinking about adding a script to the forums, but couldn't find a decent one.

Do you know of any java scripts that can connect to an off-site IRC server? I could easily add a pop-up box with the chat installed in it.

(This is because some can't download without permission from higher up [I.E. CK9])

updated the OP2 IRC script to include mIRC v6.12

#Outpost2 on QuakeNet is the channel.

I already have IRC on my comp, just... hidden... in my personal folder.

changed the server list 2 just include QuakeNet UK and US servers
the urls are
US - whole.ny.us.quakenet.org
UK - multiplay.uk.quakenet.org

To add these servers go2 View>Options... and select Servers on the left, then click Add.

it connects u to quakenet and opens the #outpost2 channel. also it has a bunch of usefull settings ive put on such as reconnet on disconnet.
also if u type /ip and press enter it will tell u ur IP so when u host a game people can no ur IP easly.
