Title: Change Default Skin?

Alright, we were talking about the possibility of changing the default skin. (The skin that shows when you are not logged in, also the one that shows if you haven't specifically overridden it).

Post your decision in the poll above.

The current default is New Terra (the dark red/purple one that looks otherwise similar to the regular IPB Skin Set).

Default skin change won't affect anyone who has specifically overridden the defaults.

If you want to change your defaults, simply go to "My Controls" on the menu bar, then on the left side pick "Skin and Languages" to set your choice. You can preview them all from there as well.

Any chance we could get something like the Red Alert banner for the current setup? That was pretty cool. Of course I still like the nice big blocky writing of the current setup.

personaly i hate the defult skin and it makes our forum look crap.
all guests only see the defult skin so it should be changed to look great for them, like the Red Alert skin.

I myself like the Hardwired skin. Only prob I have with it is the dumb margins

This shouldn't be about what's your favorite skin. This should be about what the default skin should be (Remember everyone has a different opinion on different skins)  We need to come to an agreement on a default skin (something everyone can agree w/)

Well ultimately we go with what ever the poll tells us (not anything else posted here). So if you want to influence the decision vote in the poll.

And currently, it looks like no changes will be made (unless 'magically' a bunch of people respond to it)

As part of the forum move we chnged the default skin to RA.

We wanted a change to it because its been New Terra for so long.

If you wanna use New Terra or other skins go ahead.

the poll was started wen the forums wernt here.
now we hav it our way so we changed the defult.
