What did you try to use?
What problem you had?
Right now, only TCP/IP games work

PLEASE use the edit button instead of adding a new post every time you want to revise material. Posting multiple times in a row is spam and is not allowed.

You (or your bro) has to forward UDP ports 47776 - 47087 to your computer (assuming you have a router / multiple computers connected to the internet thru one broadband modem)

If you have only one computer connected to the modem, contact your ISP about it. (They would be more likely to have control over it)
If one of you live in a college/university you'd have to talk to the proper people having authority over the computer networks to get it working. Show them the UDP port numbers above.

Shut off all firewalls on both systems, including the windows firewall.

www.portforward.com is a place to learn how to forward ports on a home router.

You can also come on irc: http://www.outpostuniverse.net/irc.htm (http://www.outpostuniverse.net/irc.htm) and we will gladly try to help you.
