What is this Reunion thing I hear going around this place, is it like a lan party or something?

The reunion is a 3-day tournament when ppl play many-many 1v1 matches.

It's our (almost) every month get together where we ask everyone to come online to our irc chat room #Outpost2 and play some OP2.

We always have new updates to the game, so its worth showing up for.

If your running XP on a p4 hyper threading processor then you will need to turn hyper threading off in the bios or get some updates drivers from the manufactorer of the hardware u bought 2 months ago.  I have Human interface devices which require hyper threading to be off otherwise the random crashes occur when the hardware registers a fatal OE (ie something doesn't match.)

windows usually has a check on the device drivers, they run in a semi protected state. when you get fatal 0E (unhandled exception) errors the OS usually handles it (as far as i know).

The random shutdowns are triggered by something else (eg i think ExitWindows has to be explicitly triggered)

check that you don't have any viruses running on your system, or whatnot.

No, we are currently sorting out what the date will be, but we haven't decided on a fixed date.

We'll let everyone know when we get this sorted.

Well, Christmas is always a good time. WON used to have some of the old players coming in around Christmas...

Also in holidays most people have time to play some aswell..

It's been so long since I played Multi. I remember way back in the day when I was like 11, and it was so cool to be in the <W> (warlock) clan. I used to host games called "20 lashings with a wet noodle." That was a long time ago. When did they shut down WON?

Well, if I ever get the time to look at my computer, I might make it on whenever the reunion is (I hardly use my home computer, mostly use the work computer).

Well, then it should be a big reunion around Christmas with some extra maps and such, sorta like a big present  :P

I remember the Warlocks clan sdipy... it was gona long before WON shut down if I remember correctly ?
