 BRIEFING
----------------------
Commander,

You and up to three other rival Commanders must take turns destroying one of five vehicles.
However, there is a catch.  One of the vehicles is rigged to detonate a bomb upon its
destruction.  Each turn, you will destroy only one of the vehicles.  If it is the detonator,
the bomb will explode and destroy your Command Center.  If it is a dud, you will remain
in the game, and the next Commander will take his or her turn.  The Commander with the last
Command Center remaining wins the game.

* - However, Nintendo also gets a "screw you" for making all of those stupid "rotate
    the control stick as fast as possible!" minigames, which give me blisters, and
    for making an AI that not only cheats, but flaunts it at the same time.
