Terminology:
-> Wheeled = 50% Faster on Pavement, Default Speed on Simple Terrain, -50% Slower on Difficult Terrain
-> Half-Track = 25% Faster on Pavement or Difficult Terrains; -25% Slower on Simple Terrain
-> Tracked = -50% Slower on Pavement, Default Speed on Simple Terrain, +50% Faster on Difficult Terrain

-> Armor = Vehicles and structures have armor. It blocks a certain percentage of damage, until it is used up. Getting repaired to 100% HP, fully restores the Armor as well. Otherwise, the vehicle will lack any armor until it is replaced. If the armor is damaged, but not destroyed, then field repairs can restore it up to 70% of it's maximum value for free. Repairing HP damage however always costs resources, and thus usually cannot be done in the field.

-> Light Weapon = Any weapon that doesn't require Rare Metals to be produced, is considered a Light Weapon.

-> Heavy Weapon = Any weapon that does require Rare Metals to be produced, is considered a Heavy Weapon. Only Medium Tanks or Turrets can equip Heavy Weapons; Heavy Tanks or Heavy Turrets can have two Heavy Weapons.

Both Factions have a Light Tank, Medium Tank, and Heavy Tank.

Light Tank:
-> Wheeled Chassis
-> Light Armor
-> Moderate HP
-> Single "Light" Weapon
-> Can activate Stealth Mode, becoming invisible to radar, but moves 25% slower.

Medium Tank:
-> Half-Track Chassis
-> Medium Armor
-> High HP
-> Single "Medium" Weapon
-> Can activate Deployment, becoming stationary but getting a 25% boost to range.

Heavy Tank:
-> Tracked Chassis
-> Heavy Armor
-> Ultra HP
-> Double Weapon
-> Can activate Armor Kits, converting 10% of maximum HP into 25% armor, thus allowing field armor repairs.
