Isn't it amazing the Conestoga wasn't taken until now? You'd think after all these years that name would've been taken.
This forum has been up apparently for years and so I finally made my appearence to get into these forums. For a while, I thought this forum was abandoned just as much as the OutPost 3: Genesis project timeline which cut off mysteriously at 2006, boy was I wrong.
I've been playing Outpost 2 since its release back in 1997 which made me 6 at the time! Yes, I'm a previous owner of the CD and I played it for nearly 5 years then my brother took it and destroyed it. Been without it for several years then when I was 17 which is now, I looked online and was fortunate to find the game still downloadable! I've never been the same since, I grew up with this game. (thumbsup)
Since I got the game back, I've been looking through your download archives and was excited to hear you had a map maker for it, but was a little disappointed to research further to find out how to get the maps running and I'm still having a hard time doing.
Hey, perhaps we can all get together and discuss the game sometime... perhaps help me out in figuring how to get all the programs needed to make and play maps. (thumbsup)
The Conestoga :op2:
