how thought do it is when drive up pad that option to have person in appeared.

This is a good idea, because:

This is a bad idea, because:

this is a good idea but realy in a mission if your objective was to get someone to somewhere he/she would just be in a people transport (evan trans) and it would just say this unit has cargo of that person. that unit dies then u lose the mission.

Actual might not be in evacut because person for mission might go out to visit wreackage, or go mine do something there. not going take big evucate just to one person. They take scout or lynx or something. Think sytem where can tranfer special person around so that not so bind to one vehicle.

Suppose that there was a docking bay on the CC, not like the other docks, but more like a hatch on the side, where an Evac Transport could dock and drop off or load up Colonists.  To build a second colony you would have to have colonists actually on site, not just assume they "teleport" from one colony to the next.  This wouldn't hamper building remote colonies too much, as the Colonists are simply brought along in one extra vehicle, and enter the colony after the CC is completed.
