op1 lauch order

i have all done in my planet i terraformed and now i have researched all thingz but when i press launch order it exits the op1 do it lauches to the desktop?

I think I remember it saying somthing like "This wil be your last order as commander. Are you sure?" and is basically the "special" way to exit the game.
