Not sure where exactly to put this, but anyhow, the project is being restarted and i am doing the tech and storyline first so i can plan on what kind of coding i want to implement. at the bottom of this post is the current tech file. it contains a brief storyline up to mission 4 and the most of the tech up to mission 2. Please feel free to comment and even edit it. I know it has spelling/grammar errors that i am apparently incapable of fixing myself. please realize i will be changing ALL txt files in order to make everything mesh together. the current topics do not alter game play in any way other then objectives. i STRONGLY recommended you have some basic knowledge of op1 game play AND some of the unimplemented features the game was supposed to have. that would explain the idea of a moon base.
