Problem Finding "file Forum"

I keep hearing about this "File Forum" from several different posts. I've tried searching for it manually. Can't find it. Also tried searching for it with the internal search engine. Still can't find it.

Any leads?

Lol. I didn't know what they were talking about before either, but it's under "General Intrest" then "File Forum". Heres a direct link http://forum.outpost2.net/index.php?showforum=10
