Stupid Mission 3 On Renegades!

When I tryed to build a base somewhere near ore, my food goes out and half of colonists die!!!! (thumbsdown)

When I built the base at the starting position, Lave ate my BASE! :angry:

When I tryed to build it on the mud, MY FOOD GOES OUT! :angry:

as soon as the mission starts build immideatly, than as soon as your stable check the terrain on the mini map, around the center there is an area where the lava will not touch it makes a nice defencive position because it only has one entrence, although the downside is that it has a 1 bar common (for me it did at least, im not sure if they are random or not)

yes you have to build 2 bases 1 right where you start, and the other in the middle where the lava wont come, because the lava will kill your origional base and you dont have enough food to build in the center

Ehhh I got it done. :D....you wouldn't believe how long it took me though to get enough Lynxes and Evac Transports....esp since that damn Eden Attack kept destorying em...

Honestly, where I put my base, I have to be the luckiest man alive. Ill put a pic up sometime. Basically its by pure chance lava didn't cleave important parts of my base.

Now I dread mission 4...<_<...DAMN where's Eden ally?

What got me was the music when the volcano erupted...that old vintage clip thats now used for silly destruction things...Eddy-B finds my base in turmoil funny...:)

YES, THAT CLOSE. I built my base in that position before the lava came, and for the whole match, it was one cell away from cleaving both my SF and VF. DAMN YOU EDDY!!!

I always enjoy these ****ing outbursts of anger when someone "enjoys" one of my missions :-)   too bad there are still a few bugs to be resolved in both mission 3 & 4. I hope your fun won't be spoiled by it.

Yessss...Im not even bothering with Mission 4 till later....sigh...

And IDK, this is purely asthetic...but could you make the Renegades something other than Yellow? I know Green is for another Eden player but....

You must've missed the Renegades' color poll back in 2005 (topic has been deleted already)

The playing color was decided by the forum members, not me. And i guess yellow won!
