Title: OutpostHD v0.7.5 Preview #1

If anybody's been following the v0.7.5 milestone (https://github.com/ldicker83/OPHD/milestone/1) over on GitHub, you may have noticed that all of the issues/tasks for 0.7.5 have been closed. Yay! Progress!

I'm not ready to release just yet, I want to test and polish off a few things first and then get a distribution ready and tested so we don't have mistakes like in the last one (missing sprites, etc.). I may also need to put together a few tweaks but aside from that, first major release in nearly a year! Yaassss!
