So after seeing a few people complaining about being unable to install/extract outpost 1 i took the liberty of... deducing... the compression algorithm. it was built to handle outpost 1 setup files but it might work on a few dozen other games made by sierra. attached in the zip is the executable and the source file (for those who dont trust it) its built in c#.
