Title: Another Old New Guy
Post by: bbb on September 24, 2005, 07:14:04 AM
Hi, I too just found this site and am delighted to find work on Outpost continues. After I get a chance to look at all the postings I'd like to help if I can. I've programmed in just about every language (EXCEPT C) since Fortran came out - that should give you some clue that I'm older than the typical member of this forum. I still do a lot of assembly programming for Motorola and Microchip products.
Later.

Welcome.

Lots to do in terms of development and extending the game. We've got a development kit for making new missions targeted primarily at C++, but if you were looking to help make exe patches, assembly is a must.

Hope to see you around.

Hey there, welcome in!

I DO hope you want to learn your final language: C/C++
everything here is done with C++
Load the SDK and check the coding forums for details.
